INTRNL FIGHT'S MISSION

     INTRNL FIGHT was created to raise awareness about mental health and suicide prevention. As a non-profit organization, all profits go to charity. Our goal is to build a strong community and remind everyone that it’s okay to speak up when you’re hurting or struggling. It’s okay not to be okay, but it’s not okay to suffer in silence. You don’t have to face your battles alone. We want to encourage people to stand up, fight, and find strength in support. This message is at the heart of our mission, and we strive to represent it through our clothing. 

     INTRNL FIGHT was founded by three close friends—Brandon, Logan, and Brody. Our bond was deeply influenced by a mutual friend, Ben, who played a significant role in our lives. Ben was a beacon of light, known for his infectious smile, unwavering confidence, and ability to connect with everyone he met. He was the person you could turn to with any problem, and somehow, he always had the answer. Ben had an incredible gift for making people feel seen and valued, and his big heart left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. 

     Tragically, Ben took his own life. None of us knew the depth of the pain he was carrying, and his loss was devastating. Ben wasn’t just a friend; he was our brother. In the wake of this heartbreaking loss, we leaned on one another for strength and resolved to honor Ben’s legacy by creating something meaningful. We knew Ben wouldn’t want us to let this tragedy define us. Instead, he would have encouraged us to seek out opportunities and continue the adventures we shared with him. 

     Shortly after Ben’s passing, we decided that staying silent wasn’t an option. We wanted to build a community and raise awareness because we believe that strength lies in numbers. The phrase “Love Like Ben” began to resonate with us. Ben had a remarkable capacity to love, and his big heart inspired us to share that message. When we approached Ben’s parents, Bill and Cherri, with the idea, they were incredibly supportive. Cherri even designed a logo, which we modified slightly and now proudly use on our sweatshirts! 

     Since then, we’ve poured our hearts into building INTRNL FIGHT. The journey has been challenging, but we have no regrets. Every step we take is driven by our commitment to Ben’s memory, his family, and anyone who is struggling and feels alone. Our mission is to show that no one has to suffer in silence. Together, we can build a community of support, strength, and love.
