OUR MISSION
INTRNL FIGHT is a mission driven organization committed to spreading mental health awareness, supporting those who are silently struggling, and preventing suicide, especially among young people. Our mission was born out of tragedy after the unexpected loss of Ben, a best friend who showed no visible signs of internal pain. His passing became a wake up call: a reminder of how many people are fighting battles no one can see.
INTRNL FIGHT exists to make sure those people aren’t alone. We’re building a national movement to normalize conversations around mental health, especially in high schools. Through speaking engagements, workshops, and powerful storytelling, we’re helping students, educators, and families understand that mental health matters and that early awareness can save lives.
We’re currently developing INTRNL FIGHT School Clubs, student-led support groups designed to foster open conversations, build connections, and create safe spaces inside schools. These clubs will come with structured resources, monthly themes, and leadership roles to help students take the lead in creating lasting impact.
As a for-profit company, we’ve chosen a path that allows us to stay creatively free and mission focused without the constraints that often come with nonprofit status. That freedom allows us to pursue our vision boldly, whether through launching a podcast platform to share real mental health stories or creating meaningful merchandise designed to spark conversation and inspire strength.
Looking ahead, we’re expanding our school programs, developing a mental health curriculum, hosting events, and partnering with mental health professionals to increase access to support. Every dollar spent with INTRNL FIGHT helps fund this movement. We may not be a nonprofit, but our purpose is just as real.
This is for the ones still here, the ones we’ve lost, and the ones who are quietly holding on. This is the fight that matters.

SUPPORT THE FIGHT
INTRNL FIGHT is not a nonprofit although our mission is just as real. Every dollar you give helps us continue the fight for mental health awareness, create resources for students, develop school programs, and produce meaningful content that reaches those who need it most. Your support helps us grow this movement and remind people they’re not alone.
